Highly recommend leasing here, Natalie is the best person and she will make sure you get everything you're looking for! I've had the pleasure of knowing her for the 2 years I've been here and she's definitely the reason we stay. She's so accommodating. I love the vibe. We've been renting office space here at the Heard Building for over a year now with both Primero Negocios and Necodex, and the experience has been fantastic. Since the new Hispanic owner took over, there's been a noticeable investment in the building and positive changes overall.
